Mad Science Lab - Conversion 1

The pesky mad scientist and his latest experiment with human robot conversions... there is rumor that he has other conversions in mind for his "volunteers".


Technical Side:

This is the first of a few experiments around using tubes. It took me five attempts to build the tube in this piece to approaching my liking. I still am not completely happy with it but it will do for now.

I have found a distinct lack of science fiction based backgrounds so I constructed that as well. I used two stock images from DA to help. I will most likely put up the background (it is larger than you see here) as stock since the two stock accounts that posted the stock are unrestricted. I may do the same with the tube actually since it was from my own resources.

Still working on the mask effects here, this case I used the models face as a basis and built a mask off that to overlay. The latex effect that I am after for the model's outer covering is still in process I need to find the right base material. I am getting closer though with the layering effect but still not quite where I want to be.
