Rooted

Danielle was a centerpiece of the garden, awaiting the day that she may be freed from her rooted existence.

Technical Side:

So another Plant TF this is nearly a complete piece I need to stew on it and practice a few more techniques...

This was a very complicated piece, been a while since I've attempted something quite so challenging. The first challenge was completing the bark like structure on the model. Merging the trunk into the picture and blending things was also was interesting.

Finally The treetop, still bothers me a bit, not quite right yet, but best I got thus far until I figure something out.

Of course blending the backgrounds and lighting so they seem to fit, was a really big challenge. Lighting tends to be my weakness in this case not a very sunny day out so I think I did okay. I have to adding some shadows though.
